I am in no means a professional photographer, but that doesn't mean I can't share my love of photography with you guys anyways!
When I first got into DSLR photography, I was really interested on more than just taking a picture. ANYONE can point and shoot, but what else can this piece of equipment do??
Turns out a whole bunch of really awesome stuff, my favorite by far being the custom bokeh shapes.
My love of bokeh was sparked by photographer Brandon Woelfel (shocking, i know) who use bokeh in a tonnnnn of his images (check out his work here http://www.brandonwoelfel.com/photography-1/).
Anywho, below is a video of how I create the different shapes, In my experience, the smaller the f-stop the better to really get those distinct shapes.
Leave a comment below if you try this out or if you have recommendations for other shapes to try!
